Sleep on the Street of Abuja

We Hit the Streets of Abuja to Talk About Sleep!

Have you ever wondered how well people in Abuja are actually sleeping? Well, we did too! So, we decided to take it to the streets — literally. The Taewinny team went out to meet everyday Abuja residents to ask one simple question: “How’s your sleep life?”

You’d be surprised by the answers we got! From the early risers who say they barely get five hours of rest, to the night owls who claim they do their best thinking at midnight, everyone had a story to tell.

Some said stress keeps them up. Others confessed that social media is their biggest sleep thief (we can all relate 😅). A few lucky ones proudly said they sleep like babies — no alarms, no worries, just peace.

But beyond the laughter and honest confessions, one thing stood out: many people underestimate how important sleep is.

Sleep isn’t just about rest; it’s about recharging your body, boosting your mood, and keeping your mind sharp. A well-rested person performs better, feels better, and lives better.

This street series reminded us why conversations like this matter. We spend so much time chasing goals, deadlines, and daily hustle that we forget one basic thing — good sleep is self-care.

If you haven’t watched the full video yet, head over to our social media page to catch the reactions, the laughter, and the real talk about sleep in Abuja.

Trust us, you’ll see sleep in a whole new light!
